The cloud keeps accounts, billing, and short status. Long AI logs stay on your PC by default (in a `.AIEOS/` folder).

People and small teams who already use Cursor on Windows and want a clear queue and review step — without sending full AI logs to the vendor by default.

## Who it’s not for (yet)
Mac-only teams; companies that need SAML/MFA/compliance paperwork before a trial; teams that won’t install a small PC app or use a Cursor API key.
